We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following
position(s):
Part-time Graphic Designer/ Artist
As a Graphic Designer, you will be creating the visual representation of our services, developing our company image, as well as working with client projects. This position will include creating online materials such as banners, ads, direct mail/email, images, web-user experiences; printed materials such as brochures, flyers, etc. It will also include designing and redesigning our main website and/or portal centers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extensive use of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and CSS
- Provide innovative visuals using fonts, imagery, graphics, and color palettes for marketing
material
- Create online design prototypes, layouts, graphics, websites, and user interfaces
- Research cutting edge online technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Minimum of 2 years experience with HTML, CSS and PhotoShop.

Web design experience is required.
- Must also be highly-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

Sales and Marketing Team Member
The focus of this position will be to seek out and close new business with local Virginia businesses interested in purchasing online advertising subscriptions to reach local consumers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and close new business relationships with companies seeking online advertising in
Northern Virginia.
- Present and demonstrate Vendor features and options included with online subscriptions.
- Sell Vendor subscriptions online, in person and via telephone.
- Advise clients on the most efficient methods of marketing their services and/or products .
- Continuously think outside of the box to expand Bid Solve’s user and vendor base.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of solid sales experience with a preference for experience with online advertising
space.

Must be highly self motivated person with a proven ability to close sales.
